Rental Terms & Conditions
The rental team has not published general rental terms here yet. The conditions for your selected office and rate are shown before you confirm a booking.
Pickup and return
Your confirmation shows the selected office, date and time. Please arrive with enough time for the team to verify your documents, explain the vehicle and record its condition.
Return the vehicle to the agreed office at the agreed time. If your plans change, contact the Zona team before the return time so we can explain the available options.
Documents to bring
Bring your original valid driving licence, passport or identity card, and the payment card or other documents requested by the selected rate. Requirements can vary by country and vehicle group.
The main driver must meet the age and licence rules shown by the selected group. Keep the original documents with you during the rental.
Protection and excess
Protection products and the applicable excess are shown before you confirm. Review what each product covers, what it excludes and which amount remains your responsibility.
Changes, cancellation and support
Availability and prices can change when a booking is modified. Contact Zona as early as possible so the team can check the current options.
